Unusual Art Deco Gilt Volupte Compact in the form of a Watchcase

Watchcase Gilt Compact by Volupte, complete including Box, Black slide in bag and silk tassle, still has Face Powder and original Puff. Fantastic, intricate Vine and Leaves engraved to Gilt front and machined rear Gilt in fine concentric circles. All in excellent condition , near new presentation with soft aged patina, no damage to box or Compact; opens like a pocket watch with mechanism working perfectly. Dimensions approx.: Box 7.5cm square x 1.3cm deep; compact 5.6cm dia. x  0.7cm deep.
