Outstanding Inlaid Chess and Backgammon Box and Set of Chess Pieces

Absolutely stunning Inlaid Box with Mother of Pearl and interior Backgammon Board including complete Chess Set. Backgammon and Checkers sets not included. Chess set, Made in London by K & C, London, carved Boxwood timber with separate, divided interior, labelled wooden slide box with original label. All in immaculate condition, outer having a soft aged patina, and only the outer inlay has a couple of negligible, miniscule losses. The inner is perfect, which is amazing for the 1,000’s of inlay pieces. The carved Chess set is complete and perfect.  Dimensions approx.: Box closed 29.2cm long x 15.1cm wide x 5.3cm; open box 30.3cm x 29.5cm x 2.6cm high; Chess box 15cm long x 7.8cm x 4.9cm high; Chess piece King 2.3cm dia. base x 6.2cm high, to Pawn 1.9cm dia. base x 4.1cm high.
