finish by  “Thermisol”, Trade Name, as marked to base of Teapot, plus “S”, “U”, “S” forming the leaves for a 3 leaf clover, below is “D.R.P.” , followed by “angem” representing made in Germany. The “SUS” clover is also on the milk and sugar , in Green paint to the porcelain, over a dotted Crown, over “Koenigszelt”, over “Germany”, over “gesetzl. gesch”,The Teapot base is also in Porcelain, but screwed into the outer casing to insulate the Teapot from the table top. At the top the upper cover is hinged to the outer casing and at the centre inside are 4 spring clasp “grab” which automatically lifts the lid when top is opened; the lid is perfect and is gently pulled to release clamp and wash.
