Art Nouveau Sterling Silver Ring with Agate Stone Seal

Art Deco Solid Sterling Silver Ring with intricate, concave carved Agate Seal, with two, large German Marcasite crystals set to each Silver, stepped shoulder. The Agate has natural tight veins of varying colour and the carver has used these to assist create the image shadows, hair, jawline, nose and lips on face, etc.. The agate is solid even though displaying a couple of natural veins as described. The Agate is securely held within 4 double claws at each diagonal cross. The silver is clearly Hallmarked ENGLAND with STERLING. Dimensions approx.: Ring size  O  or  7 ¼  ; Band width and thickness both generally 1mm, and the stepped shoulders changing to 3mm and 5mm width at 2mm thick. .  .
