Art Deco Egyptian Revival Figure of a Dancer

A French Art Deco Gilt Bronze Gilt Hoop Dancer statue, with silver and aged Silver finishes, on stepped green Marble base. Amazing attention to detail, even down to fine fingernails, patinated hair and facial details. Most of the gilt is intact, but with so many decades and much admiration, it has a soft, aged patina, but no real damage to mention other than a superficial, very slight kink to the hoop, near hands.  Dimensions approx.: Marble base 31.5cm wide x 13cm deep x max. 4cm (2 steps, each 2cm); Statue overall 28cm wide x 22cm high x 8cm across max., Hoop 23cm dia.. Circa 1930
